iTRABAHO connects independent Workers with Clients seeking service-based work in the Philippines. iTRABAHO is a matching platform, not the employer of Workers and not a party to work arrangements.
You confirm that your name, contact details, government ID, and any worker documents are accurate and belong to you. iTRABAHO reviews submitted documents before approval, but approval is not a guarantee of skill, reliability, or trustworthiness.
Clients are responsible for accurate job details and Workers for accurate applications. Online payments are processed by PayMongo. iTRABAHO does not store card details; any platform fee is shown before payment. Cash arrangements do not pass through iTRABAHO.
Do not provide false information, harass other users, post unlawful work, or try to bypass iTRABAHO payment and reporting systems. Accounts may be suspended for violations or safety risks.

iTRABAHO collects your account details, general location, profile information, documents submitted for verification, and payout details if you choose online payments.
Your information is used to create and verify your account, match jobs, support in-app messages, process payments through PayMongo, send account/job/payment notifications, and investigate reports or disputes.
Your exact landmark, mobile number, government ID, clearance, skill documents, and payout details are private. Government ID and verification documents are stored in an access-restricted area and are not shown to other users.
You can update most profile details in Edit Profile. Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you may request access, correction, or deletion subject to legitimate retention needs.
